An introductory course for beginners — the best starting point with no previous yoga experience. Over the span of 5 classes you will learn the basic yoga postures and breathing exercises in an individualised setting, and the skills gained will allow you to join Open classes with other practitioners.
Yoga Open Classes
120 min · Max 5 persons
If you have practised yoga in the past, or have finished an introductory course, you're welcome to join Open classes to maintain and further develop your practice. To ensure an individual approach and make sure everyone's needs are met, all classes are given in small groups of maximum 5 persons.
Private Classes
60 min · Any level
Suitable for practitioners of any level for individual yoga practice — for those wishing to create their own calm. Private sessions can also incorporate Thai yoga elements if desired.
