How it Works

  1. Get in touch to arrange a class time that suits you — by phone, text message or email.

  2. Please arrive at the agreed time. Once an open class has started, late arrivals are not admitted.

  3. We ask that you switch off your mobile phone in the yoga studio.

  4. We recommend wearing comfortable, unrestricted clothing. Classes are practised barefoot — for relaxation, feel free to bring warm socks and a sweater.

  5. It is recommended not to eat 2–4 hours before the start of class.

  6. Please refrain from wearing perfume or other strongly scented products before class.

  7. If you have any health conditions, please consult your doctor and inform the teacher before class.

  8. The studio has stairs — please take care and don't rush.
